Homemade Vanilla Extract

 

Once you’ve experienced homemade vanilla extract, there really is no going back to store bought. 

 

Have you ever read the label on most store bought vanilla extracts? (Hint: they can contain up to 65% water)

We make our vanilla with 100% alcohol and quality vanilla beans. 

 

Our favorite beans to use are Madagascar and Tahitian, and our favorite alcohols to use are Vodka, Bourbon, and Rum. All of these have very distinct flavors and smells.
